LRM is a Registered Training Organisation (#32552) specialising in the delivery of professional and practical safety training throughout Australasia. LRM is proudly owned and operated by the Directors who drawing from their diverse experience including military, emergency services, fire, rescue, height safety, WHS, training, education, recruitment and management, established LRM in 2011 responding to a need within the private sector for real and practical safety training relevant to individual organisational and personnel requirements.

 

Over the past 8 years, LRM have established a strong reputation for the delivery of nationally accredited and organisational specific, real and practical emergency response, incident management, fire, rescue, safety and first aid training which is respected, trusted and highly regarded in industry. Safety Training is regularly delivered from our purpose built training facility in Morayfield (North Brisbane) and on our client’s sites throughout Australia for which LRM has a consistent presence in Queensland delivering safety training to all industry sectors including a number of local and regional councils including (City of Gold Coast, Redland City Council, Gympie Regional Council, Logan City Council and Western Downs Regional Council), rural fire brigades, tier one clients, organisations and individuals throughout Brisbane, South Eastern, South Western, Central and Northern Queensland Regions.

 

LRM is also committed to strengthening the community at a local level by  consulting  with  communities  to  develop  and implement strategies that will build skills and competencies through school based traineeships and locally delivered training and mentoring programs.

 

Our niche scope (as outlined on www.training.gov.au) encompasses public safety and resource sector  qualifications (Certificate II to Advanced Diploma level) from Firefighting and Emergency Operations through to Senior Management and is supported by the nationally accredited and AFAC approved AIIMS package (incident management) together with numerous relative individual units of competency. LRM has  intentionally  built  and  maintained  a  niche  scope  of  delivery  specifically related to Safety. This is our core business, we excel at it and always strive to ensure that our service, delivery and quality control is second to none. We pride ourselves on being recognized within industry as  ‘professional, collaborative  and innovative’.

 

Dedicated to continuous improvement and providing innovation and excellence in training delivery, LRM work in partnership with our clients to provide a flexible and evolving training solution to internal training and skills  maintenance through collaboration and consultation with all stakeholders. Included in the delivery cost, programs are embedded with our client’s branding, language, imagery, statistical data, internal policies, procedures and standard operating procedures exposing participants to accelerated learning via consistency of content style and delivery in operational environments, resulting in the highest possible quality outcomes.

LRM has built a strong and loyal team of local and interstate highly skilled, experienced and qualified personnel; many of whom are current or recent emergency response, rural, fire & rescue, paramedics  and/or  defence  force  practitioners. Employed by LRM on a full time, part time or casual basis, LRM have the proven ability to respond at short notice to work requests.
