Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
LRM Training Services pride ourselves on being recognised as industry specialists providing an attentive and collaborative approach to Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) to current and past fire and emergency services personnel in both the private and public sectors.
We are passionate about providing nationally recognised qualifications to those who have real industry skills and experience but have not previously been provided the opportunity to have these formalised. We understand that to date, this service has been either unavailable, unaffordable or simply too difficult. We have helped hundreds of individuals to attain their qualifications through RPL.
Like our training delivery, you will find our RPL service to be comprehensive and second to none. Through continuous consultation with industry, participants and regulators, we have developed a diligent, current and streamlined process ensuring a seamless transition from skills and experience to nationally recognised qualifications.
LRM have invested countless hours in consultation mapping Australian State, Territory, Federal and International Agencies’ internal training and qualifications against those of accredited qualifications recognised within the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).
We only engage ‘current industry professionals’ who ensure that evidence presented by participants is accurately scrutinised and assessed against current industry standards and the required performance and assessment criteria of each unit of competency. We will guide you through the process and be available should you require additional support. This process does not need to be difficult.
